The year 2016 was the time of positive transformations and strategic changes for us. The main focus of our development was lying in rehabilitation of market environment, enhancement of technological and environmental safety at our filling stations and other infrastructure objects as well as efficient interaction between the company and its partners, clients, employees and the Ukrainian public.

We initiate.We continued initiating legislative changes aimed at making the industry more transparent. Thanks to company initiatives last year the share of shadow economy decreased significantly in petroleum retail and we started a fight against illegal segment in autogas (LPG) retail. Our example proves: it is possible to establish an honest and transparent business in Ukraine. The company has transferred over UAH 1.6 bln to local budgets alone. Following the results of open tenders in ProZorro we have concluded contracts with state-owned companies for UAH 1.5 bln.

We are moving forward.We have put maximum effort into technical modernization of fuel depots, enhancing technological safety and expanding the range of services at our filling stations. It was an immense challenge for the whole team. For each one of us. But we managed to achieve our aim by solving those complicated issues. We have enough to be proud of and share with you.

We take care.The environmental component plays a significant role in company business processes - from fuel choice to change of world perception among employees and clients. Over the accounting period we introduced alternative energy sources at several filling stations and we are continuing to expand the EV charging stations network and increasing the number of recycling bins.

We value. During the past 12 months salary levels of filling stations employees have increased by 40%. Simultaneously, we have designed, reformed and successfully implemented an updated system of reward accrual. Being clear and logical, the system really motivates employees to aim for high results and promotes our image as an employer.

We value everyone who makes their contribution to the development of OKKO filling stations network. Our priority is to meet the expectations of every team member by increasing loyalty for the brand. Our effort was not in vain, which is confirmed by the fact that OKKO was again recognized as a brand with the highest reputation among all the petroleum market players.

We cooperate.Responsibility is the key area in the work of our company. Over the past year we have significantly intensified our cooperation with volunteer organizations in collecting clothes and other necessities for people in need. Together with Tabletochki Charity Foundation we conducted a number of events aimed at helping children in cancer centers of Ukraine.

We cannot imagine ourselves today without projects aimed at sustainable development of the company. By adhering to the principles of United Nations Global Compact and the world's best practices we are confidently moving towards new achievements. We believe that every step, plan, idea and initiative will in the long run make the life of every Ukrainian - grown-up or child - happier, more comfortable and modern.

Renewable energy sources

Today we are having heat pumps installed at 4 filling stations in the city of Kyiv:

  • 5 Prospekt Henerala Vatutina - 1 geothermal pump;
  • 4 Semena Sliarenka St. - 1 geothermal pump;
  • 4-Ж Novokostiantynivska St. - 4 air source pumps;
  • 5 Akademika Palladina St. - 1 air source pump.

Number of EV chargers, pcs

OKKO chargers are located at about 200 km from each other which allows electric car owners to travel across Ukraine without any problems since any factory-manufactured electric vehicle covers this distance without recharging.
